Party Sign Ninja’s will typically deliver and setup your greeting the evening before your event date and taken down the following evening unless other arrangements are made or a multi-day booking was scheduled. Your booking includes setup, delivery, and take down services.
Contact us and give us a few details and we do the rest. Your Special display will be delivered the evening before ( we will confirm a time ). It will be picked up the following evening after dark. You will have all daylight hours to enjoy and take lots of photos with your yard signs. All displays are for 24 hrs.
Our Flat rate Rental is $95.00 and includes your message, along with stars, balloons and presents and lots of personal graphics for 24hrs regardless of the occasion. Additional days, is $60 a day. Delivery fees may apply if outside of our service area. Additional fees may also apply for multiple names at $10 per name or longer then normal phrases at $10 additional word. Service includes delivery, set-up and pick up. We also specialize in custom theme displays for any occasion but require 48hrs or more in advance to try and customize your special requests!
Rental & Reservation Agreement
• Your pre-paid payment secures your date of service and reserves your signs . Please tag us on social media and remember to leave us a google review and you will receive an additional 10% off on your next celebration.
• Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun and could damage our signs if they come in contact.
• Please do not use any adhesive on our display. Any form of tape or adhesive will ruin the signs.
• We cannot install signs in rock yards or artificial grass.
• We ask for your safety no leaning, sitting or playing on the display.
• If you order a display for someone else’s yard, make sure they are sent this.
• Please double check the address when you are invoiced , there is a $25 fee if the address is incorrect and we have to move the signs.
• Have your lawn service come before we put out display or rescheduled – do not mow or cut around the display, as the signs can be damaged and you will be charged.
• You agree to indemnify Party Sign Ninjas and all its representatives for any injury or person or personal property during your rental of the display.
Refund Agreement
• If the weather turns bad and causes us to call off your installation, we will contact you as soon as possible and either attempt to reschedule or refund your money. The potential for high winds can can also mean we have to reschedule but most of the time the signs will be ok on a typical windy day.
• No refunds if you give us the wrong address!
• Also no refunds if you order a sign for someone else’s yard, and they call us to come get it.
• Have a gate code or security patrol in your neighborhood? Make sure to give us the gate code and notify security that we are coming so the signs can be set up.
